Apart from skills, education and experience, you are also required to prove language proficiency and give a commitment to permanently live and work in the specified province or territory.

If you are applying using the Express Entry System, you will have to create an online profile and will have to answer simple questions related to your age, education, language, experience and skills.

Once you are eligible for PNP, you will be assessed on the basis of Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS). Applicants with the highest points will be issued an Invitation to Apply (ITA) and will get 60 days to claim PR.
