You can do a lot of things with your kids or for fun on your own. With your kids or friend, Crafts are fun ways to spend some great moments, satisfy a creative urge, and keep busy. Some crafts can last a long time, and some are messier than others.

Sculpting clay is one thing that you can get and you can use over and over again, or to save forever, that you can use just once. You can do almost anything with it and there are many great types and brands out there, and is one craft that all people love. The Kato Tools are very useful in sculpting.

With clay, the simplest form of sculpting or model making can be achieved. Working with this malleable and flexible material is both enjoyable and interesting. Creating even three dimensional figures with clay is quite easy.

So much so that, to shape, squash, knead and otherwise roll the material into any form they wish, even small kids can easily use their creativity.

The versatility of the humble clay is such that it suits seasoned sculptors, novice artists as well as children. In fact, clay helps sculptors to create large figures. However, an internal metal armature is used to build the model with Kato matrix as the clay cannot support its own weight.

Lending itself to artistic projects that yield fascinating designs, Polymer clay is a malleable medium. Historically, whereas for centuries, many other media have been around, use of this clay has only been used as an art medium for a few decades. Discovering the depths of polymer clay's versatility is yet with artists.

In a wide variety of colors, Poly clay comes enabling an artist to produce a variety of effects that can be intricate or subtle. However, glass can be difficult to work with although mediums such as glass produce beautiful results.

Clay is very forgiving on the other hand. Holding its form, Poly clay can be easily blended, after baking, and it doesn't dry out. You can use Kato Tools too.

Making more practical items such as novelty buttons for sewing is another great use of polymer clay aside from creating art. You arrive at the last step - the buttons often when completing sewing project - and come to an abrupt halt.

You see you don't have the right button. What you have is the color, shape, or wrong size. The look of your sewing or craft project is the wrong button can totally diminish. In fact, without first locating the perfect buttons, my sister won't even purchase fabric.
