These are the beans, which are grown in special microclimates and in a specially treated soil. The fuller taste and the little to no defects stand testimony to the very fact that they are different than the ‘premium’ coffees available in the market. The demand for this specialty coffee is grown in the recent market, because of the quality of the product.
