Unable to fix the Outlook connectivity problem?

Today millions of people worldwide using numerous of web mail services for mailing purpose. For instant some of them using hot mail, Gmail, road runner etc. as a same way here I am discussing one most advanced and well featured mailing platform called Outlook. Users have to connect with outlook so that they can easily perform their all personal and professional activities.

But in most of the cases we have seen that there is some connectivity problem in server & that’s why sometimes it becomes difficult to handle the mailing activity and all. Don’t panic, get help of Outlook customer support team  to get rid of your problem regarding outlook. Here I am describing some of the steps through which you can easily solve your problems.

1)      You can Troubleshoot the problem- assure that if there is connectivity problem in outlook so most probably the chances that outlook is in offline mode so you have to solve it. If any of the user who using outlook 2010 or a most recent version then kindly follow the post below.

And finally click on offline button

After doing this look the bottom of your window, here it says “trying to connect” if it is connect it then your problem going to solve but if you find still there is some issue so keep following the other step.

1)      You can rebuild your Data file- actually there is two files .pst and .ost these both file cause outlook connectivity problem. So kindly follow the post to see you are reconnected.

·         First close your outlook.

·         Then click your start menu and move to control panel.

·         Here search mail icon and click on it.

·         When it opens, click on Data file button.

·         Then search the file with same name as your email address. & open file location.

·         Make sure if your file is an .ost rename it to .OLD and if your file is .pst so you do not have to change anything.

·         Close the window now and open outlook.

Then you will see the outlook start rebuilding you data file without any issue and make sure it hardly takes 10 minute to one hour for this process. And do not close the outlook while the process is going on.

Repair the office install.

·         Immediately open your control panel. Then click programs and features.

·         Now find the Microsoft office installation and select it.

·         Then right click and select change.
