Before I begin, I want to emphasise the necessity of solving previous year's question papers. Past question papers, in my opinion, are an important element of a good preparation strategy.

Now that I've said it, having an effective preparation method is essential to passing the exam of your dreams.

A great preparation method is one that requires you to solve all previous year's papers, cover the full syllabus, and track your progress by comparing your previous year's paper scores to previous year's cut offs.

As I stated previously, one of the most important aspects of your UGC NET preparation will be analyzing past years' papers.

Furthermore, if we were to choose the most important out of the lot, the question paper from the previous year takes priority.

Let me not beat around the bush much and say that in order to qualify for the NET, you must devote a substantial amount of time to solving UGC NET previous year's question papers.

I say this not only because they helped me pass my UGC NET examinations, but also because I've witnessed hundreds of my students pass theirs by preparing on previous year's question questions.

In this section, I will highlight the importance of solving previous years’ papers of UGC NET. In a nutshell: They essentially help us understand our weaknesses by making us learn from our mistakes.

Then, pick the pattern which will permit you to ideally use your time and score the maximum marks. 

Additionally, make an effort to not waste any more time on one question than absolutely necessary.

It’s a known fact, the more you rehearse your speech before going on stage, the lesser you’re bound to fumble or make a mistake.
