Types of Wire Mesh Welding Machine

A wire mesh welding machine, also called welding nets machine, is used to produce engineered mesh and reinforcing mesh, and is mainly applied for the welding of fence netting in soccer fields, railways, highways, bridges, buildings, residential quarters, as well as welding of shelves and storage cages. The welding nets machine can be categorized as the following types:

 

1. Mine support network welding machine. This model is used to produce coal mine supporting mesh, the welded diameter could be 4mm – 7mm, and mesh size could be 2m – 6m. This machine adopts synchronous control technique, sub-control welding and welding time control, and by PLC digital programming systems the input panel could be either touch screen or key press, the operation is more intelligent and rational.

 

2. Heavy duty steel mesh welding machine. This type is mainly used for pouring concrete with steel mesh in bridges, water conservancy, highway, national key projects, the welded mesh is up to 2.5 meters in width and 12 m in length, welding diameter from 6mm to 12mm. Adopting synchronous control technology, and controlled by IPC management system, the operation become more intelligent and user-friendly.

 

3. CNC mesh fence row welder. The device is the most advanced network welding equipment, the biggest advantage is that the wire diameter is adjustable, entering aperture of the weft into the computer, and it will be able to reach the pitch welded mesh as you want.

 

4. Anti-theft network welding machine. The device uses the motor as a power source, which is the updated version of using compressed air as a power source. 5. Shaped Mesh Welding Machine. It is used for 1) fence netting, floor roof nets; 2) building (the Cuming board network, geothermal mesh, seedbed net, and flower room mesh); 3) aquaculture (cages net, rabbit cage, fox cage aquaculture). It is computer controlled and is equipped with “welding experts” programs, and the welding parameter is displayed by LED screen and digitally stored. Moreover, the welding process is done by high and low level pressure accordingly in case of sudden crush of welding head and bad work piece.
