Diamond is a universal favorite and every woman wants to own every kind of jewellery in it. Diamond pendants are commonly bought and can be based in anything gold, platinum etc., the shapes can vary as well from hearts to keys and butterflies; every shape can be found and bought. In cases of gold, diamond and stuff, your budget also matters. Stones like turquoise, emeralds etc. are also used with gold to make more intricate designs.

7.  Fibers

Designer pendants are being made using fabrics and fibers as well. Things like leather, felt, and thread are being used to make tassel pendants, trinkets and other designs even by mixing most of the fabrics available. These are not very durable and wear off with time, so flaunt them while they last. It is important to look for unique designs when you buy fiber based necklace especially if they are pricier than usual.

It is important to know these types so that you can take proper care of them and not mix them up. Silver is not used much to make pendants as it oxidizes very quickly. Sometimes designer pendants come with the chain attached but now, pendant manufacturers are selling them independently by attaching a loop on the top which makes it easy to fit through any chain hook.
