2)Vitreous glass- they are produced at low temperatures, are opaque, and are used in artworks.
3)Optical glass- also known as crown glass, it is used in lenses and telescopes for its uniqueness.
4)Glass ceramics- uniform glass made by reheating and crystallization, used in stoves and dental.
5)Aluminosilicate glass- made from a variety of glasses, it is resistant to chemicals and high heat.
6)Alkali-barium silicate glass- used in television screens, protects our eyes from X-rays.
7)Shatterproof glass- it is made with resins and plastic. It is bulletproof and used in army vehicles.
