Having established that the ability to focus is a critical element for success in the NWM, now let's take a look at the different types of approach you need to develop to achieve that success.
.Internal Focus
This is the most common of all types of approach. The internal approach is the ability of a networker to block distractions, focus on the present moment and keep calm under pressure. This type of approach is the one that develops the intuition of a leader, his instinct and his good decision making. The benefit of establishing an internal approach allows him to stay focused on the goals and manages his own schedule.
Focusing on others.
Not everyone dominates this type of approach as it goes beyond what you are doing and demands that you instead pay attention to what others are doing and saying. This type of approach is especially important in situations where what your equipment produces is affected by what you do.
 External focus.
The external approach goes beyond paying attention to the people on your team and requires paying attention to your entire environment including your company and market conditions. The external approach allows a leader in NWM to think strategically. It also allows adjustments as the environment as the circumstances around you change.
