Different scientific inventions have made the lives of people comfortable and enjoyable like never-before. This is justified by a major breakthrough made in hydraulic systems. Double acting hydraulic cylinder is one such mechanism, which features two opposite facing piston surfaces that control the operation of the force of the hydraulic liquid. The hydraulic energy is converted into the mechanical energy through the hydraulic liquid for the movement of the pistons. The pistons have separate connections which pave the way for the smooth movement in either direction.

These cylinders are divided into two types - synchronous cylinder and differential cylinder.

Synchronous cylinder: This type of cylinder features a piston rod on either side of the piston.
Differential cylinder: This type of cylinder is the most common type of cylinder that features two chambers.

Another equally important mechanism of hydraulic system is hydraulic cartridge valves. These valves play a very important role in hydraulic system since they control the flow of any liquid in the system. So, choosing the most appropriate valve is very important for any hydraulic system. It is available in various types and sizes, which depend on the pressure and flow rate of the hydraulic system. The valves have unlimited flexibility, fewer leak points and easy installation. According to their functions and installation, they are divided into four types.

Cartridge: These valves are made with sealing rings, spools, spring, seat and sleeves. As soon as all the parts are assembled, cartridge is inserted into a valve cavity. The cavity provides protection to the parts present inside, thereby making it functional for use of heavy machines.

Sandwich: These valves are very flexible and one can use as a part or a single unit of the hydraulic oil connection. The valve is pressed between a sub-plate and a direction control for connection with the pipe system.

Modular: These valves are used with pressing and modeling machines and hydraulic power units.

Threaded: These valves are used for small flow systems because they are lightweight. They are very popular valves and easily mountable along pipelines.

Since hydraulic valves have great significance in the varied applications, hydraulic cartridge valves suppliers provide the best quality of valves. Their product range is customized as per the requirements of the clients. These valves are manufactured with quality approved raw materials, which are purchased from the reliable and prestigious vendors of the market. Furthermore, these valves comply with the norms and standards of the industry. The suppliers offer these valves in different dimensions, sizes and shapes according to the requirements of their clients.

In a nutshell, these mechanisms of hydraulic system have proved to be highly effective in many applications. Apart from making the mechanical work easier, hydraulic cylinders and valves do not cause any harm to the workers dealing with them.
