Tulian Lake Trek is situated in the beautiful location of Kashmir. It is tucked away from the commercial spaces of Kashmir into the Pahalgam area. The trek starts from Pahalgam which is a famous tourist place in Kashmir. Here is how you can reach Pahalgam the base camp for Tulian Lake Trek. 

How to Reach Tulian Lake?

By Air: Srinagar is the only airport in Kashmir. It is the only air access to Kashmir. Once you land at the Srinagar airport, you can either take a shared taxi. In the shared taxi you will have to change a couple of places. You will get a shared taxi from Dalgate to Anantnag and from there to Pahalgam. You can also book a taxi directly from the airport to Pahalgam. 

By Road: There is a proper road that connects Kashmir to rest of the India i.e NH1. You will get a direct bus from Delhi to Srinagar. Get down at Anantnag and from there get a shared taxi to Pahalgam. 

By Rail: Srinagar has no railway station that connects to the rest of India. The nearest railway station is Jammu and from there get a shared taxi or bus to Pahalgam. 

How difficult is Tulian Lake Trek?

This trek is difficult. It needs a fit person to do this trekking. This is not recommended for beginners and novices. One should do this trekking with a proper trekking company in Kashmir.
