Customers need to fill their Delta Airlines Group Reservations form while booking Delta’s flight tickets. The group travel request form is available on the Delta Airlines Official Site.

Maximum requirement: 10 or more passengers plus all the passengers in a group must have at least one common Delta’s flight segment.

Minimum Group Capacity: Capacity restrictions are applied and varies with seasons and cities.

Group Fares: Group Fares are different and may vary based on travel dates or destinations. Please note that no children’s or senior citizen’s discounts are offered.

Ticketing requirements: Ticketing requirements may vary depending on the deposit, pre-booking, destination, etc.

Name Changes: Delta Airlines allows name changes before the ticketing at no extra fee or charges. Name changes after ticketing are allowed with some extra charges.

Voluntary Changes: changes in Delta’s group bookings are allowed within the group contract guidelines, required fare difference and change fee will be applied.

Booking fee: all-new group bookings will require: a non-refundable per passenger booking fee will be collected at the time off Delta flight bookings.

A group deposit is due within 14 days for bookings greater than 90 days from travel.

For group bookings 89-61 days from scheduled travel, group deposit is generally due within 5 days of booking or by 60 days from the scheduled flight departure.

At utilizations, the deposits become non-refundable for all the cancellations within 61-89 days from the scheduled flight departure.

Refunds: tickets are considered as refundable which means can be used further for future travel.

Choose the type of group booking, fill the required details like names, destinations, etc.
