NBA’s Hall of Fame is one of the prestigious places that every NBA player is hoping to be in and take part of it. It is the place that everyone will be remembered for their greatness and all the contributions that they had done to the franchise and the industry. Tracy McGrady paid more attention to the victims of Hurricane Harvey since he can relate to the victims affected but such unwanted tragedy. Tracy McGrady is humbled that he will be put in the Hall of Fame and will take awards but what is more important to him is the help that he can give to the victims since he have relatives in the area that the storm struck in.

‘T-Mac’ lives near the area of Texas especially in Sugar Land that is just outside Houston wherein he experienced driving his sister and friends to safety to evacuate and find a safe place; that is before the hurricane had a landfall in the area.

Tracy McGrady felt what every victim felt everytime they had to go through the ordeal of such unwanted storm to come in the area and he felt great pain after the tragedy. It is very devastating inside and out for him since he can relate to it as well, having his sister to rescue him out of the place to evacuate. On the positive side, he will be working hand in hand with the Houston Rockets franchise about their relief operation for the victims and other ways that they can extend their help to the affected people.
