Goran Dragic has brought smiles, honor and pride to his country Slovenia as they become the 2017 EuroBasketball champions and with that as well, he brought home the bacon as he was declared the MVP in the tournament. Miami Heat has indeed a great weapon in their disposal as Goran Dragic made his NBA team proud and had a score of 35 points to contribute in team Slovenia. Serbia was indeed a powerhouse in the tournament but Slovenia outwit them with a final score of 93-85. Dragic now named the ‘Dragon’ as the Slovenian nation or team had a perfect tournament standing of 0 loss in the entire tournament. Goran did and displayed a very perfect game with his team that led them to a perfect record.

What interesting about Goran Dragic is he is not bothered with his age, right now he is 31 years old and as a point guard the young ones and or his opponents are having a hard time keeping up with him, which is apparent in every game they’ve played. There were contributing players as well in the team namely: Adebayo, Richardson and Doncic. These were a few layers that made a great impact as well to Slovenia’s success until the end of the tournament which showed promise as well.

Looking on the NBA side especially his beloved team the Miami Heat, there is a bright future ahead awaiting for the team as Goran Dragic is teamed up with two powerhouses Dion Waiters and James Johnson as they share the same goal with what Miami Heat’s true goal is all about. Their tightness as well is different from the rest of their teammates and the coach see that the trio will play a perfect harmony in the court. The team is preparing for the upcoming season and they want Dragic to be in shape when the time starts.
