Top Institutes in Haryana

In the recent past I have been a part of the ‘State wise Exhaustitive Coverage of The Best Engineering Colleges’ of India, I felt myself fortunate to visit many institutions in Haryana, which was a thrilling and eye opening experience. Why eye opening I would explain in the subsequent paragraphs but would first like to say that I was impressed by Panipat Institute of Engineering and Technology (PIET), Top Institutes in Haryana, which has been rated at ‘four and half star’ level by the Career Connect Team of which I was a part.

This institute is located at 70 mile stone between Panipat and Delhi, right on NH1, an institute easily approachable to students from all directions. And the number of students is beyond speculation, around 4000, the highest ever in any of the Haryana State institutes. Here we found an amazing number of BBA aspirants, around 800, unbelievable.

During our interaction with young generation we established the facts that students find this institute the best for the reasons of overall personality development which takes place in a lush green 16 acre vast campus with air-conditioned interiors, well designed class rooms bench marked with foreign universities, a very efficient transport network which ensures punctuality, well furnished hostels for boys and girls because there are students from states like J&K, Assam, Himachal, Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Uttrakhand, Bihar, West Bengal, Jharkhand and the list was unlimited. While half the students are from villages and cities around, there are so many from countries like Nepal, Bhutan and Bangladesh. It sounds awesome. Talking to some of them revealed that they like the campus culture and feel comfortable with social systems because they are accepted as a part of others, which gives a feeling of being at home. The management on its part also takes extra care and keeps in touch with us regularly, which gives us and extra sense of security. We also happened to experience food outlets and found it safe, healthy and hygienic.

Checking about other facilities, the students told us that there are more than sufficient books in the library and generally they don’t need to buy any. And also they are supported by a digital library, a round the clock internet and Wi-Fi facility. The aspirants spoke very high of the faculty team, who, they said are approachable any time during the day and for those who stay in faculty houses, even after college hours. It is an example of elite management system where by focus remains on student development academically and personality aspect as well.

Another very strong aspect of PIET is its strong global tie-ups. It gives an additional confidence to students to get a chance for participating in international workshops if they perform well. At the same time, since all of them can’t be a pert of student exchange program, the institute also organises ‘international seminars’ for all of them.

As said by Dr. APJ Kalam, “Excellence is not by accident. It is a process, where an individual or organization or nation continuously strives to better oneself. ……….” This is clearly visible at Panipat Institute of Engineering and Technology (PIET), Top Institutes in Haryana, which is affiliated to Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra and approved by AICTE, Govt. of India and is also known for best academic results, methodology, technology, computer and science labs, engineering labs and best in placements.
