However there are many proven reasons that men are more stronger than those of women. But, it doesn’t mean that fitness is only meant for men.

Below are some health and fitness tips for women that make them prepare towards the physical workouts.

  • The bones of women are vulnerable to become weaker and fragile when they turn to their 30s. It is advisable that women should take special care of their bones. For this, women can try to include more calcium in their routine diet.
  • It is recommended to pay attention to your diet. Never skip meals in hope of shedding weight quicker. It doesn't work.
  • Try to add more iron and folic acids into your daily diet for better blood circulation. Consume more of green leafy vegetables, beans,  juices, chicken, etc.
  • Start doing cardio workouts. For this, you can join a gym or simply start jogging, cycling, swimming or climbing the stairs. Any kind of cardio workout is really good for you and your health.
  • Give some time to yourself to replenish energy and to recharge your body and mind. Read a book, go out for a stroll, or listen to soothing music. Whatever makes you feel happy and relaxed.
  • Women are advised not to drink more than 14 units of the alcohol a week.
