Top Fashion Trends for Spring/Summer 2019

by Giselle Lobo Writer & Blogger

Spring/Summer 2019 is all about blooms and blossoms. Be it the bold and loud print, or the soft and subtle, we want them all. A good bold and colourful print can make anyone including a wallflower bloom soft or embroidered print to bring out your girlish charm. Safe to say that florals are for everyone. Loud and colourful retro prints have collided with a dainty rose-patterned blouse for a season where anything goes, just so long as it’s budding. Fashion designers like Zimmermann, Johanna Ortiz, Rosie Assoulin and Dries Van Noten have embraced florals as this summer’s new statement pattern in a number of different clothes and accessories, making it all the easier for you to get a little flowery. No surprise why it is the most go-to trend for this season for us.

At Work:

Be sure to wow everyone at work with gorgeous floral dresses or chic separates from Dries Van Noten. No more Monday Blues as you step in the bright and happy colours. A positive attitude and some colour are all you need to keep up the hustle!

On a Night Out:

For a night out at a club with the girls or a date night - bold floral mini dresses from Rosie Assoulin, sequin floral dress from Johanna Ortiz, or Zimmermann dresses and skirts are your best options for the summer because what speaks fun and romance ar the same time better than some florals?

At the Pool/ Beach:

Summer is incomplete without a trip to the beach. And beachwear is incomplete without some florals. Get that summer tan with summer dresses for the beach from Altuzarra and Johanna Ortiz.

On a Vacation:

Don’t catch that flight without these perfect summer outfits from Zimmermann, Ulla Johnson and Altuzarra. With florals like these, what else do we need!
