A:

It is a fat-soluble deficiency that can cause night blindness. It serves as an antioxidant that can decrease the risk of cancer.

B:

It is commonly present in processed organic foods such as edible seeds, legumes, rice, and processed foods such as breakfast cereals. Spinach and cornflour are other organic foods rich in vitamins as subtypes of vitamin B, including B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B7, B9; this vitamin has its unique quality.

B1:

It is referred to as Thiamine. As a dietary supplement, this vitamin is used to avoid thiamine deficiency. This type of vitamin is present in foods such as edible seeds, legumes, and rice that are organic.

B2:

It helps in the prevention and treatment of riboflavin deficiency and migraine prevention. This vitamin is derived from green vegetables, milk, meat, cheese, mushrooms, almonds, etc. It also helps to raise energy levels; improve the immune system's role, preserve safe nails and membranes of mucous skin and hair.

B3:

B5:

B7:

It is referred to as Biotin. It has benefits such as thickening hair, enhancing skin and nails, and improving cardiovascular function. Deficiency is very rare, but it may include dry skin, hair loss, mood changes, nerve damage, digestive problems, etc. Organic foods such as cauliflower, salmon, yeast, organic eggs, etc., are made.

B9:

Folate is the other name used for this vitamin. Anemia, the risk of cardiovascular disease, is used to treat it. Organic nuts, beans, peas, dairy products, poultry and meat, and eggs are among its sources.

C:

It is a vitamin that is water-soluble. K:

It is a vitamin that is fat-soluble. It plays a significant role in the prevention of unnecessary bleeding by helping the blood to clot. Vitamin K is not commonly used as a dietary supplement, unlike other vitamins. The risk of uncontrolled bleeding may be increased due to low vitamin K. In adults, there are fewer vitamin K deficiencies. Organic mustard greens, broccoli cabbage, and asparagus kale are the sources of vitamin K.
