Kovalam Beach, Kerala 

When it comes to beaches in Kerala, Kovalam tops the chart. Kovalam Beach is located 10 kilometres from Thiruvananthapuram. The beach is a combination of three small beaches - Samudra Beach, Hawah Beach and Lighthouse Beach. Among them, the southernmost coast belt of Kovalam is called ‘Lighthouse Beach’, which is the most frequented beach in the region. The beach is quite popular amongst sea surfers from India and abroad. It is also renowned for rejuvenating oil baths and Ayurvedic massages. Ganapatipule Beach, Maharashtra 

One of the cleanest beaches along the Konkan coast, Ganapatipule Beach is 12 kilometers long and offers breathtaking views of the Konkan coastline. Palm trees dotted along the shoreline, coconut water is sold at a very cheap price and swimming is a favorite sport here. It is highly advised that tourists should avoid going too far away as there are no lifeguards on the beach. The 400 year old Swayambhaoo Ganapati Temple is located at the foot of a hillock. 

Baga Beach, Goa 

Situated on the West of Mapusa, Baga is listed as one of the top beaches in India. It is particularly famous for its adventure water sports and thrilling nightlife. At a short distance from Baga Beach, one can also find medicinal springs that are known for their healing properties. Dabolim Airport is situated at a distance of 50 kilometers away from Calangute Beach.
