Tolerence of hair Length is important

  • We have length tolerence while producing false eyelashes,although the production if fully handmade, the difference still exists,as the worker said each strip lash is different,there's no real the same eyelashes,the synthetic hair neither too long hair nor too short are not acceptable during QC. The lash tolerence we obey +0.5mm/-0mm,that means the synthetic fibre over 0.5mm or any shotness will rejected,and once this happens,the synthetic hair lash production will stop, there will be no finished eyelashes beyond this tolerence.And the shape will be alike. Some of our customers prefer their own lashes styles,we apply such production standard to meet our clients' request.As we know,such serious quality control standard need us pay extral high labor cost,but we never regret for this,because we do understand our 
  • customer can get any low price from China suppliers even trading companies can do
  • very cheap eyelashes.For example,when I quoted the 5 pairs package of 1.5 USD while
  • our customer showed us another 5 pairs package with lashes and said,we got these
  • with just 0.65USD,but he'll never know the difference of the quality,sometimes you may
  • get good quality with cheap price,but how can the cheap supplier keep the consistence
  • quality,if they can't use special skilled workers to check the quality of eyelashes and rip
  • up the low quality ones which should rejected by us.And one thing is certain,we will 
  • never decrease our hand made quality false eyelashes by reducing the quality of the
  • goods.We believe there's no big profit with handmade product,we are not the brand
  • owner of MAC,eyelure,Ardell,red cherry,we didn't pay ads to promote our brand Marlliss.
  • But we believe that consistent quality and serious quality control drive us today,and
