A person can remain healthy by following a healthy lifestyle, eating habits, and regular yoga/ exercises. Being active makes a person healthy and strong. There is a lot a person can do such jog or walking every morning or if a person wants to have muscles and look lean, then one can sign up and workout in a gym.
