When we come to organizing our presentations there actually is much more to the planning procedure than of course the Power Point palette. On its own however a power point side deck would not organize your talk for maximum audiences engagements. It would not of its own enable audiences to follow the flow as well as the momentum of a presentation. Instead we could depend on a set of well-used presentations techniques for keeping our audiences getting engaged. Here are nine top techniques who can help you:

1. Tell them technique. A lot of presentations rate the efficacy of the Tell them techniques.

2. Stepping stones or way markers techniques. Once we have prepared the working objective for our presentations it would be very easy to use these techniques.

3. Acrostic technique. It might sound sore however as a matter of fact extremely easier for preparation. Indeed, this is a technique used by a lot of speakers which dates back millennia-of course to the ancient Greeks.

4 Anecdote as well as story techniques. Who would deny the power of New Testament parable or the stories of Aesop. Indeed stories have been used al through history to acclaim a course of action or interpretation.

5. Issues, causes, solutions procedures. This procedure would be paraphrased as the so what, what, currently what procedure. Indeed it enables the speakers to map out an issue which has been well known to the audiences, detail its causes as well as then explain on a solution.

6. Analogy procedure. With an analogy we would use something which is familiar to our audiences to either drape over the unfamiliar or else support or the evidence of the unfamiliar.

7. Logical procedure - dilemma. Logical structure is the rhetorical mechanisms of old long thought as well as much appreciated, there is a propensity for overlooking them due to their familiarity, not least owing to their courtroom drama.

8. Logical procedure, It mean deductive logic. Here two proposals have been made for statements : One is said to be primary as well as the other is secondary. Every statement has of course a common element. We then make a third statement which can be rationally implied through the other two statements.

9. Rational procedure-analogy. We go on using this procedure whilst we for instance give an example or case study with seemingly identical features to this subject matter. We however make the suggestion which if the case study has the same features then it is rational towards suggesting that it shares identical cause or fundamental with the principal subject, identical features equate to identical beginning. It is however a well used approach that works well-but do take care whilst selecting the analogy.

To draw the conclusion we can say that these nine techniques aids for organizing more effectual presentation. They are however well used but of course not outdated. They can support contemporary events as well as circumstances. They are indeed useful regardless of the scale of the speaking events. Moreover, importantly, they are uniformly valid for the range of the speaking opportunity we face - board room, conference, seminar or hospitality event. In short, they are essential tools for effective speakers.
