Ukraine’s former prime minister Julia Timoshenko was guilty of abuse of power when she negotiated a new gas contract with Russia, hits a Ukrainian court fixed.
Timoshenko has inflicted on Ukraine’s national gas company, a loss equivalent to 1.1 billion, according to court headed by Judge Rodion Kirejev.
