• Japan Rail (JR) Pass

One should know that JR pass is not valid for every subway trains, some buses and Nozomi Shinkansen. One should see in advance that which buses and trains are covered under JR Pass. If one wants to spend less on shopping then one can shop at tax-free shops. The tax-free shops do not charge consumption tax. One can show the passport to avail such offer.

After landing in Japan, the first thing one should do is to save emergency numbers. The emergency numbers such as Police 110, Ambulance/ Fire 119, and other helpline numbers as well.
