The UBS Yield Enhancement Strategy investor center

The UBS Yield Enhancement Strategy investor center is the resource for investors who invested in UBS’ Yield Enhancement Strategy trading program (“YES Program”) and believe they suffered losses as a result. Recently, UBS investors contacted the investor rights lawyers at the Goldman Scarlato & Penny law firm and indicated that they suffered substantial losses as a result of their investments in the UBS YES Program.

Securities attorneys Alan Rosca and Paul Scarlato have been investigating the UBS YES Program and have identified potential areas of concern.
