The Truth About Binary Option Trading
Convergence Sniper Review
As a result of this, there have been two distinct categories of binary options and Forex brokers that accept US-based traders. These categories are the brokers who are duly regulated by any of the two regulatory bodies in the U.S.A and the offshore brokers, who are not regulated by any of the two bodies. In most forms of investment the investors actually purchases the asset they invest in and the value of the profit and loss is determined upon the changing value of the asset. If the investor sells the asset back to the market whenever its value increases then they're making a profit, and if they sell the asset back to the market when its value decreases, then their money is lost.
A binary option, sometimes called a digital option, is a type of option in which the trader takes a yes or no position on the price of a stock or other asset, such as ETFs or currencies, and the resulting payoff is all or nothing. Because of this characteristic, binary options can be easier to understand and trade than traditional options. If a trader believes the market is rising, she/he would purchase a "call." If the trader believes the market is falling, she/he would buy a "put." For a call to make money, the price must be above the strike price at the expiry time. For a put to make money, the price must be below the strike price at the expiry time. The strike price, expiry, payout and risk are all disclosed at the trade's outset.
