The Tower at Dubai Creek Harbour by Emaar Properties

Within few years the current tallest tower, Burj Khalifa, will no longer be the tallest in the world. Emaar Properties is all set to create a monument a notch higher than Burj Khalifa. The Tower will be decked with rotating balconies and elevated landscaping inspired by the famous Hanging Gardens of Babylon. Still, the height of the tower has been kept confidential and will be announced once the work starts.

The Tower by Emaar Properties will be completed before Expo 2020 which is starting on Oct 20th 2020. The $1 Billion Tower's design has been approved by Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum.

Emaar Properties are closely looking at the revenue model of the Towers where 18 floors will be used for different uses and a boutique hotel catering at the top. In coming years the monument will serve as one of the best tourist attraction in the world.
