Finding the top quality of products from the manufacturers and exporters is not as difficult as it was a decade ago due to the presence of internet and various electronic media. There are basically two kinds of rubber products available in the market. One is natural and another is synthetic.

While in search of this product you should understand the market such as; who is the manufacturer and exporter. You should also thoroughly understand your requirements of your elastic products. The rubber products that we require in our everyday life can be made of natural and synthetic form. While obtaining the natural one the manufacturer generally find it from the sap of the plants, while, the synthetic one needs the process to get the final product. The process is called polymerization and poly-condensation and these are used by the manufacture again to produce the toys, tyres and many other kinds of materials.

The quality of rubber products depend upon the capability of manufacturer and the machine installed there. It is very important to use high quality machineries to produce strongest rubber products to use in our daily life. There are some products that are being used in fabricating the elastic are chloroprene, butadiene, isoprene and some other materials. Hence, the engineers at rubber manufacturing industries are always in search of new technology that can provide the better industrial rubbers. Basically, oil gas, coal, natural gas, ethanol and limestone are used to make the stronger rubber. There many versatile methods to produce rubbers for different uses.

Current sources of rubber - Almost 21 million ton rubbers were produced in 2005 and it is almost 42% was the natural and the rest are synthetic. As we understand that the synthetic rubbers are the products that are manufactured by the petroleum products. So, the price of the rubber products is decided by the petroleum price or crude oil at the global level.

The cultivation of the rubber - It is generally extracted from the rubber trees. The life of rubber tree is almost 32 years and 25 years are productive years. The soil that is conducive to produce this product is lateritic type, non-lateritic red and alluvial soil etc. The rubber trees can give more materials if lives in good weather like minimum rainfall around 250mm. The danger is strong wind for the growth of rubber.

The collection - The places like Kerala where coconut cultivation is very common. The half of the coconut shell is used to collect the latex, while, some other places the cups are used.
