Types of forklift lights

1.LED- It is important to order LED blue lights if the scale of operation. These lights are able to provide maximum illumination in every kind of light condition. Compared to the other types of lights, these also last longer. However, due to the high quality and visibility, they are more expensive than the others. Forklift LED’s can be blue or red in color.  
2.Halogens- Halogen lamps are also installed in a large number of cars. Installation is simple and they are put into place with the help of connectors. They are more powerful than sealed beams.
3.Sealed beams- These are the most basic headlamps seen in this group. They are commonly visible at the front of a forklift.  Although very affordable, they have a low lower lifespan and are fragile as well. Instead of outdoor spaces, one would be better off using them in indoor areas with a little bit of illumination around.        

Points to keep in mind while looking to buy forklift parts

1.Lights must always be purchased remembering differences among available forklift operators. For instance, a 60-year old operator will require more illumination compared to a 20-year-old.
2.The lights can be mounted on the fork carriage for showing an illuminated beam ahead of the forklift, ensuring safety
3.Forklifts may also be used on public roads now. However, they must be compulsorily fitted with the following equipment:

1. Dimmed lights at the front and parking lights
2. Indicators at the front and backReflective red triangles at the back
3. Two rear lights
4. Two brake lights
5. At least two reflectors

Lights for forklifts to be used on public roads must have E-markings.
