Each person's definition of success is different, but we all share something in common – a desire to be successful –. In life, we all want to achieve success so we can have financial freedom, live in beautiful houses and most of all to live the lives of our dreams on our own terms. However, although success can be achieved, it does not come easy. When it comes to success, you have to take the stairs; there is no elevator.

If you want success, you have to work until you achieve it. You must find your own “element,” aka your passion – the right field of study that matches your inner strengths and capabilities –. Get your priorities right, use your resources wisely, stay focused, develop the right relations, don't be greedy and don't be complacent. As Vince Lombardini said: “the difference between successful person and others is not a lack of strength, not a lack of knowledge, but rather a lack of will.”

Yes, Cindy, you are right. Focus is a simple word but it is not easy to integrate it in our daily habits. You are never sure if you are focused on a task....but try to do your best.
