How to Develop Our Spiritual Emotional Freedom

These things learned and experienced constitute our Inner child. Inner child is the human’s childlike aspect and signifies a semi-independent unit that subordinates to our conscious mind.
Our inner child can be damaged because of our past experiences. In this case, we should take time to heal it because we cannot develop our spiritual emotional freedom if we have not healed it.
Tools and strategies exist for healing the inner child. When mastered and used in the right manner, they help us to develop our spiritual and emotional freedom.
Simply put, we need to follow the following exercises to heal our inner child and develop our spiritual emotional freedom.
The first exercise is the play. We have to find an activity that we really enjoy. Then, focus on your senses and feel the joy of your preferred activity.
Second, we should take time to nurture and
love our inner child.
Third is to pray. Through trust in God, we can let go of fears, loneliness and other unwanted feelings.

ConsultantYou are thinking about rationality and IQ. I respect your viewpoint but that is no longer the best method of behaving in today's society. What I understand from you is that you haven't the emotional intelligence (EI) to live in harmony with others. Emotional intelligence involves the ability to understand and manage your emotions. EI plays an important role in success, and some have suggested that emotional intelligence might even be more important than IQ. So, I understand that you lack self-awareness, the empathy and the social skills which are 3 of the 5 components of EI. Online Income Systems DevelopmentYou maybe saying some things which are true with out understanding the whole picture behind the social reality of the day, how mass media, governments, the commercial sector & most definitely religious institutions are manipulating you & your limited grasp on reality with out any grounding in what is rational & what is not ... filling your head with mind pollution you want to be happy with! You have a long way to go before you can teach me much of value! I find your arrogance disturbingly naive - you maybe able to impress some of your irrational friends with some of your wise cracks, but not me, at your present level of relatively limited mental skills, lol You maybe looking at things with your own eyes, but until you gain the ability to apply some profound critical thinking & clearly understand things by using your minds eye, you will remain as irrational as you keep presenting yourself, clinging to gods & utterly useless prayers ... :) . Why should grown adults & educated people put any trust in such unreal, mythological, non-existing creations of confused human minds such as gods AND pray to them?
You are heading into the mental dead-end of unintellectual thinking, closed & polluted mind space going in that direction - this is clearly the wrong way ...
