The installation of Slotted-pipe is strict with drilling

1）The choose of drilling bit should be measured with the utilization of Calipers and the data should aslo be exemplified as mm with one more point.The diameter of new drilling head should be larger,which means the distinction with the diameter of anchor bar will be smaller,sometimes the range between 1.5mm to 2mm will be applicable.

2)Take charge of the friction data of the drill bit before the operation.Take measurement of two sets of drill bit seriously and caculate the actural number of borehole of each drill bit.After that,the drill bit can be applied in the construction.While,in the operation,workers should pay attention to the number of drill bits instead of its performance,once the amount of drill bits are qualified and new type can be adopted,which can significantly reduce the quantity of unqualified amount.

3)The depth of drilling borehole should be longer 50mm than the longitude of rock bolt,what's more,take control of the operating direction and keep the borehole in the center of anchor bar.

4)In the process of installation of anchor rod,the anchor axis should be parallel with installation equipment to reduce the deviation and prevent anchor bolt from bending in case the damage of bolt and failed installation of hollow bar.
