Couples Counselling can work for any couple seeking to change the way they relate. The Hudson Centre works with all types of couples: married couples, co-habiting, homosexual, heterosexual and partnerships. We also work with adult families over the age of 18
What is Couples Counselling?
Couples Counselling begins with you meeting one of our skilled therapists for 1.5 hours to explore your history and the nature of the issues you are confronting together. You and your therapist will come up with a plan based on your needs. The therapist will also discuss whether you will meet as a couple or individually for the short term or long term in your first assessment appointment.

The couples counselling process can take some time since both parties need to establish a wavelength on which to communicate but the process offers great results.
