The Mushroom of God.
The Ganoderma Lucidum, known in China as LingZhi means spiritual power, is an edible mushroom known for its miraculous health benefits. This is a kind of fungus belonging to the family of polyporacea fungi. Used in Japan for more than 2,000 years and is considered the oldest mushroom with medicinal properties. In ancient times was used by emperors and kings. It is described as the rarest and most beneficial herb nature while lying on top of the ancient list of Asian Herbal Medicine. 365 species are classified and analyzed therein. 120 of them are declared as "superior" medicines, another 120 as "inside" drugs and 125 are as 'tolerated' medicines. Higher drug called "herbs of the gods" and are used for longevity and eternal youth. In middle-class medicines are those which can be taken as a tonic, and drugs of tolerable category are taken to remedy specific ailments. In the book states that the intake of medicines "average" and "fair" category should be done in moderation and not continuously, unlike the "superior" medicines, which can be taken on a continuous in any quantity without side effects. From the "superior" medicines, which are assigned to the manual, Ganoderma Lucidum is in first position.
Centuries ago it was considered the drug could provide you eternal youth and longevity. Today, 2,000 years later, the Ganoderma Lucidum in China and many Asian countries as a medicine indicated for the treatment of cancer.
According to the literature presents the following benefits:
1. It is non-toxic and can be used daily without side effects.
Two. When used regularly, it is possible to restore the body to its natural state, helping all organs to function normally.
Three. Shall regulate the immune system.
One of the mysteries of nature are adaptogens herbs. These herbs which offer the body exactly what it needs at the time. For example, an adaptogen suitable for blood pressure, reduces its levels in hypertensive, but also can increase the price to the low pressure. Similarly, an adaptogen which is indicated for the control of cholesterol, is able to raise good cholesterol without increasing ill. Only 300 herbs have been identified in nature as adaptogens, the best of which Ganoderma Lucidum, which helps both the immune and the nervous system, cardiovascular and cholesterol, obesity, sugar, menopause and arthritis, hypertension and hypotension , allergies and asthma, and finally strengthens and enhances the body to cope with everyday life. Assistance referred to in detail in the literature and supported by many clinical studies.
Active ingredients.
It consists mainly of complex carbohydrates (water soluble polysaccharides), triterpenes, proteins and amino acids. Studies have shown that water-soluble polysaccharides and especially b-8-(1à3)-D-glucan is the most active ingredient, which attributed anticancer properties. Beta-glucans are glucose polymers, combined with beta-1, 3 and beta-1, 6 glycosidic bonds, shown in in vitro experiments have shown a direct cytotoxic effect against cancer cells, and in vivo in animal studies, showed anticancer activity by strengthening the immune system (Smith et al., 2002). Through their capacity to block dangerous carcinogenic substances, preventing their absorption from the small intestine and accelerate their elimination from the body, preventing in this way the colon cancer.
Another valuable component is the triterpenes, a category which includes the ganoderika acids. The ganoderika acids reduce blood pressure as well as LDL-cholesterol. Studies have shown that these acids alleviate common allergies by inhibiting histamine release, improve oxygen availability, and liver function. The triterpenes are very bitter in taste and this is used as a measure for determining the content of the product.
The Ganoderma Lucidum still contains sterols, coumarin, mannitol, alkaloids, organic germanium, nucleotides, ergosterol, integrated protein molecules, unsaturated fatty acids, vitamins and minerals.
An herb for the nervous system.
The mushroom Ganoderma Lucidum proposed by Chinese and Japanese herbalists for insomnia (contains an agent that promotes sleep). Long-term use significantly helps normalize sleep disorders. Still used in China for a large number of psychiatric and neurological disorders, including diseases of the muscles, anorexia, and weakness followed after a long illness.
In Japan the dry mycelium Ganoderma Lucidum has been found to be very effective in treating such a rib caused by environmental stress. Additionally, in an 8-month study's disease Alzheimer, patients receiving a product from the mycelium of Ganoderma Lucidum, showed significant improvement. In China Ganoderma Lucidum is also used to relieve pain and relaxing muscles. In another investigation, the Ganoderma Lucidum relieved the symptoms of anxiety in 18 of 20 patients after 4 months of use. Concluded that contains a soothing agent, but is neither a sedative or hypnotic.
The Ganoderma Lucidum as cordial.
For centuries, the Ganoderma Lucidum, is used as a cardiotonic herb. Japanese scientists found that thanks to ganoderika acids containing (triterpenes) reduces the pressure and cholesterol, but prevents and blood clotting, which can lead to heart attack. Actually triterpenes are so important, so are used to determine the quality and authenticity of Ganoderma Lucidum.
In a six-month clinical study conducted at University Hospital in Tokyo, almost 50% of 53 hypertensive patients reduced pressure at 10-19mm Hg and 10% at 20-29mm Hg, after using for 1-4 months.
Recently, Russian researchers have shown interest in Ganoderma Lucidum. They found that in addition to the cardiovascular benefits, presents significant preventive and curative action against the plate, a type of fat that is composed of a combination of oxidized cholesterol, calcium and degenerate leukocytes, which is deposited on the walls of arteries and phrases.
the ganoderma lucidum against cancer.
In Japan, after studies, which continued in China and Korea, it turned out that the Ganoderma Lucidum is effective against tumors. The Dr Ito & o Ike Kawa (1968) first reported the positive effect of Ganoderma Lucidum in preventing cancer metastasis. In other studies confirmed this property and the antitumor efficacy of experiments in different species and different stages of tumor progression. This property has shown antitumor in vitro and in animal experiments. In addition, Israeli researchers from the University of Haifa argue that the Ganoderma can treat prostate cancer. Specifically, they found that some of the molecules contribute to the suppression of the mechanisms associated with the development of prostate cancer and indeed directly attack the cancer cells. But the investigation of the relationship Ganoderma - cancer is still in the early stages and does not allow us to draw final conclusions.
Nevertheless the following conclusions refer to cases of use of Ganoderma Lucidum in aggressive forms of cancer:
1. Enhances the tumor cell membrane by preventing the dispersion.
Two. Prevents the formation of clots, helping local action, combination drug therapy.
Three. Used in combination with other anticancer drugs and chemotherapy to reduce side effects and increase effectiveness.
4. Regulatory acts, normalizing the other functions of the body, thus reducing your chances of developing other complications.
The positive effects of Ganoderma Lucidum caused Communications large number of research works, mainly pharmacological, many of which were published in the most prestigious journals of western countries (over 300 references to the British Library became the last two years).
Antiallergic-anti-inflammatory effects
Investigations showed that the extract of Ganoderma Lucidum significantly reduced four types of allergic reactions, including asthma and dermatitis. Furthermore, researchers have demonstrated that it is effective in neck stiffness problem-shoulder against conjunctivitis, bronchitis and rheumatism.
Part of the anti-inflammatory action, perhaps due to the action against free radicals. Cleavage of the free hydroxyl radical is so efficient that even after the absorption and metabolism of Ganoderma Lucidum, continues.
Help in USA and improved levels of blood glucose.
The Ganoderma Lucidum used in China for the treatment of chronic hepatitis. In treatments lasted from 2 to 15 weeks, the final efficiency was 70.7 to 98%. No institution benefiting more from Ganoderma as the liver, and helps eliminate any toxin that burden.
Improvement of glucose levels in blood.
Has shown that the administration of Ganoderma Lucidum, is effective in reducing blood glucose levels after 2 months of treatment. The Ganoderma considered to improve the absorption of glucose through the increase in plasma insulin level. The hypoglycemic effect of the improvement is due to the absorption of glucose by increasing the plasma insulin level, and the acceleration of glucose metabolism which occurs not only peripheral tissues but also in the liver.
Summarizing the latest reports found that Ganoderma Lucidum has the following properties:
Improves-cholesterol levels and coronary insufficiency
-Adjusts hypertension and hypotension
-Soothes tension of nerves and combats insomnia
-Helps in chronic bronchitis and hepatitis B, liver healing
-Improves leukocytopenia
-Improves kidney function
-Powerful antihistamine and antiallergic
-Improves glucose levels in the blood
-Prevents cancer metastasis
-Improves the symptoms of arthritis and menopause
Beneficial-and in a large number of other ailments (asthma, hypothyroidism, etc.)

Side Effects
According to the literature the Ganoderma Lucidum included in higher plants. Higher plants are non-toxic and can be used in large quantities for a long period, without side effects. However, very sensitive people may experience some side effects such as upset stomach and dizziness. These symptoms are normal signs and detoxification indication that the Ganoderma Lucidum works in the body, and disappear after a few days. Taking vitamin C (sea buckthorn, spirulina) together with the Ganoderma Lucidum, these side effects are mitigated. Other rare complications reported are dizziness, dry mouth, nose bleeding, diarrhea, irritated skin.
 way and making age
and age
To Ganoderma Lucidum is a nutritional supplement suitable for all ages. However, it is advisable not to give to children under three years or to consult a dietitian or pharmacist before use, as is also necessary to make for any dietary supplement.
Dosage
The Ganoderma Lucidum is good to take in the morning on an empty stomach. Drinking enough water will be quickly visible beneficial effects, since it will help the body get rid of unnecessary, toxic substances. The active ingredients, beta-D-glucans are polysaccharides is poorly absorbed by the body. For this reason, simultaneous intake of vitamin C (sea buckthorn), contributes to a better absorption of nutrients of Ganoderma Lucidum. Specifically, vitamin C (capsules recommend Wild Rose Eubias or Buckthorn Eubias), breaks down the polysaccharides into smaller molecules, the oligoglykanes, which is more digestible sugars by the body.
The recommended dose is 1-2 capsules daily.
