THE FRIDGE LOSE WATER?
If the fridge loses water, check that the drain hole is not obstructed. You can find it inside the appliance on the bottom; It is protected by a colored cap, designed to allow the passage of liquids and prevent solid debris - such as crumbs or small pieces of paper -. However, it may happen that the plug is damaged or worn or that it has simply been lost.
The hole and the drainage pipe have an important task: they allow the condensation water to be brought outside the appliance, which will be collected in a tank - from which it will evaporate -.
If the hole is clogged, it will be sufficient to clean the tube; helping you with the cap provided - or with a straw, blowing inside -, remove the solid debris. When you have finished, check that the hole is clear by pouring a little water into it. If the latter runs down without encountering obstacles, your fridge is fully functional again.
In the event that you have lost the drain hole plug - or that it is damaged - you can create a similar one with aluminum foil. The only warning: the cap must allow the passage of water and block the solids.
