As we all know Ramadan is going on and the observers of Islam fast from sunrise to sunset. This fast is considered to be a holy ritual where no water or food is consumed. This fast seems to bring patience, modesty and spirituality. Meals are served before sunrise called the suhoor or seheri and after sunset known as the iftar.
