The Features That You Might Want To Consider In Your Next Smart Tv

You’ve almost certainly heard of them, and a lot of your friends and colleagues might well have one. We are, of course, referring to smart TVs, otherwise sometimes called Internet TVs or Wi-Fi TVs.

In short, they’re Internet-connected televisions that give you all manner of online features – but what features tend to typify a smart TV, and which ones should you seek in the next one you buy?

Here are a few of the most obvious ones.

Built-in Wi-Fi

An easy way to understand what a smart TV is, is to think of your smartphone and consider what a TV would be like if it had all of those ‘smart’ features beyond the basic reason you purchased the device in the first place (so in the case of a phone, something to call someone with, and as far as a TV is concerned, something to watch your favourite programmes on).

So of course, wireless connectivity is a must-have in a true smart TV. Look for the term ‘built-in Wi-Fi’, then, when you’re comparing TVs.
