The Do's & Don'ts of Desiccant Masterbatch

Desiccant Masterbatch is an excellent product for recycle material, like PE, PP. Usually recycle material contains a lot of water. If the water not eliminated, the final product's quality and appearance are not good. As before, many factores use drying machine to dry up the recycle material. This method is working. However it takes time and not effecient. 

Desiccant Masterbatch was develop to reduce the cost and save time and energy. It is very easy in using -- just mixed with raw material and then put into machines to make prodcuts. That's all. Though Desiccant M.B is a good product for recycle material to make films, injections, etc. There are some Dos and Don'ts needs to be known.

1、Pls do check the packing if in good condition before production. If there is any white pallet inside the packing, pls drop it. Otherwise it will cause insoluble point or blocking the net.

2、Pls don’t heat-stirring the Desiccant Masterbatch with raw material, and don’t dry, heat the mixed Desiccant Masterbatch and raw material. Otherwise it will cause insoluble point or blocking the net.

3、After mixing the Desiccant Masterbatch with raw material, pls do use up within the request time. Otherwise the Desiccant Masterbatch will absorb the moisture contained in the air and cause the insoluble point or blocking the net.
