Twenty years ago this fine gentleman named Dale Carter took it upon himself to entertain others once he found out about his dreadful illness. His entire life has changed once he was told that cancer cells had invaded his body. Dale had never been a person to smoke or drink and therefore he never worried about any type of disease growing inside of him.

One bright and sunny morning all of this started to change when Dale found a lump on his neck. At first he did not think much about this bruise since it was not painful at all. Dale went around the room and tickled every person with a large feather that he was carrying. This gesture made quite a few of the participants giggle a great deal and this was indeed a wonderful thing.

Even the saddest individual within the group had to crack a smile when they saw Dale skip into the room wearing the floppy shoes. He made fun of everyone in the classroom and no subject was off limits. Even the doctor on duty thought that Dale was a riot and he really laughed the loudest.

The wise doctor and other medical people had all agreed that Dale's routine was perfect on every level. They wanted him to become the lead role model at many of the events which happened at the hospital. Dale was able to communicate with many individuals who were suffering from a variety of illnesses. The people learned how to live their life to the fullest because of this great man.
