-    You can also mix equal amounts of apple cider vinegar with water and then gargle periodically every hour to relieve a sore throat.

-    For a sinus headache and stuffy nose problem, add 1/8 cup of apple cider vinegar to a vaporizer solution and then inhale for some relief.
