Everything in good amount has some benefits while if taken in large amount can be harmful as well. But yes this thing applies for the food as well. It is something important for the living but it is something that is coming up with so many mixes in it that it becomes harmful as well. This is why it is always said to buy good quality food and to consume after cleaning and washing it and most importantly cooking it well. In all these junk and natural, what I find best is millets. 

Millets are basically a group of grasses that are widely cultivated as cereal crop all over the world. Almost every part of the nation consumes it just because of the multiple benefits it will have. Highest consumption of millets in Bangalore can be seen. Before you go for any other cereal or something it is better to locate for millets. 

Here are some of the benefits why one should include millets in their diet.

1.    They are extremely good for diabetics
As you might be aware of the fact that diabetes is on high range these days. But as it is a rich source of magnesium then it is good in digestion. This then maintain the insulin level in the body making it perfect for the health. Researchers have proved that magnesium consumption is good for the body and it can help immensely in lowering the risk of diabetes. It is better to add millets in your breakfast that can keep you healthy throughout the day.
