  1. Coconut Grove

This area imbibes the village atmosphere and presents lush vegetation and trees. One of the best neighborhoods in Miami is Coconut Grove, which is the organic area that includes Regatta Park, Peacock Park, and Merrie Christmas Park. The Grove alone stays in between south of Brickell and north of Coral Gables. Coconut Grove includes the finest schools where people can raise their children with the best educational facilities. This place is also pedestrian-friendly and you can walk about without worrying about traffic. It is a place characterized by two words, i.e. healthy and wealthy. It includes premium real estate communities which contain a variety of condos and other housing units. Coconut Grove is an economically prosperous area and offers luxurious lifestyles. In Coconut Grove, there are a few new expansions like Grove Isle, Park Grove, etc. It includes large residences and buildings.

  1. Downtown Miami

One of the best neighborhoods in Miami is the Downtown Miami zone. In the Miami metropolitan area, Downtown Miami is the best commercial, financial and culture hub. It includes many business headquarters, government offices, museums, education centres, shopping malls, etc. The area is fully protected and organized by the downtown authority of development, which is situated in the middle of Rickenbacker Causeway from the south and Julia Tuttle Causeway that usually joins Miami Beach in the north. Downtown people are able to use Citi Bikes and metro elevated trains which are fully air conditioned. In Downtown Miami, there are two main roads named as Brickell Avenue situated in the North and Biscayne Boulevard in the South and the main East-West Road is Flagler Street. It not only has historical buildings, but oodles of contemporary glamour as well.

 The most populated and among the best neighborhoods in Miami is South Beach which is popularly known as SoBe. The sunshine enhances the beauty of the beach where people love to exercise as well as enjoy their weekend trip. SoBe is rich with modern-art architecture and other attractions. South Beach is filled with buildings and apartments and many of them have fabulous locations as well. SoBe also has several fascinating street food trucks as well as restaurants serving up a variety of delicious cuisines. This area is covered with miles of beaches, where there are restrictions for driving and parking. SoBe contains adequate bicycle and car parking spaces as well. It is an attractive spot where people spend time on a regular basis, though it is a tourist destination round the year as well. You will find several short term rentals in Miami nearby as well.

  1. Wynwood

Wynwood, which is famous for its entertainment hub, is also home to creative artwork, a winery, departmental store, and more. It is a really attractive neighborhood. The area is also famous for wall paintings on the buildings and on the road walks. There are two sub- districts here. In the northern part of Wynwood, the Wynwood Art District is the key landmark. In West 5th Avenue, you will find the Wynwood Fashion District. The Florida East Coast Railway lies in the eastern part of Wynwood. The FEC rail yard gives an insight into the rich communication heritage of the area. In Wynwood, there is an urban creator named Tony Goldman. In the year 2009, he worked to revamp earlier storehouses that were unused. They were made into lounges, art galleries, restaurants, and more, under his leadership. The Wynwood walls are also designed by two famous artists named Okuda San Miguel and Shepard Faireye. These have now turned into big draws for tourists and visitors alike. 

  1. Edgewater

Another neighborhood in Miami is Edgewater. It includes historic 20th century properties, although it has several premium estates as well. From 2000, the place has diversified with growth in population due to urbanization and several developments including modern buildings, retail stores etc. Edgewater is situated in the north of Downtown, which is well known for entertainment and art, from the south of Midtown, and from the Upper East Side. It is the chief place for employment as well as rentals in the city.  It also offers good educational facilities and safety for families living here with their children. 

Miami is the most diverse and an overwhelmingly positive city in Florida, with so many unique neighborhoods. These localities all have a distinct heritage and legacy of their own.
