Texas Wedding Venues That You Want to Check Out for Your Big Day

by World Class Wedding Venues Consultant

Texas is recognized for its Southern hospitality & its down-to-earth charm, so it is not astounding that a lot of couples dream of marrying here regardless of if they call the state home or not. Texas wedding location choices vary from contemporary to classically graceful to rustically stylish, and the great weather here means that couples have the choice of holding their ceremony at a gorgeous outdoor venue regardless of what time of year. From Houston to Dallas and everywhere in between, here are the best Texas wedding venues that you want to check out for your special day.

The Astorian:

Engineered as a duplicate of NY’s Grand Central Station, the Astorian is a stylish private loft with a 1920s flair & ample industrial charm. The venue provides 14,000 square feet of event space, including a gourmet kitchen & 2 private suites. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer gorgeous views of the Houston skyline, whereas the 14ft roofs make a beautiful sense of roominess. Nearly 700 invitees can be catered in the area, and special VIP areas can be created if required.

The Club at Garden Ridge:

Cuddled in a gorgeous Texas hill country, the Club at Garden Ridge is a ranch-style venue that can house ceremonies with up to 300 guests. Indoor events can be held in the 7,000 square-foot ballroom which boasts floor-to-ceiling windows, and the stunning lake close to the ballroom is the ideal site for outdoor ceremonies. Only one wedding is held per day, and wedding parties are given exclusive access to the space starting at 9 a.m. The services of a day-of wedding coordinator are included in the price of the venue rental, and couples are free to select their own vendors for catering, beverages, and all other services.

Chateau Polonez:

Introduced in 2005, Chateau Polonez is snuggled in the woods on the peripheries of northeast Houston, just far enough from the hustle & bustle of the city life. A lot of couples are enticed by this Texas wedding venue due to its lovely décor and architecture, which encompasses a colored domed roof, a grand ballroom embellished with beautiful chandeliers, and a vaulted roof all through the building. The outer side of this venue is no less splendid; it provides five acres of landscaped gardens, an intimate patio, and a fanciful gazebo ideal for outdoor ceremonies. The venue can accommodate nearly 350 guests, and in-house catering is offered.

Autumn Oaks Event Center:

Designed specifically to host weddings and other special events, the Autumn Oaks Event Center has everything you need to host the perfect wedding, including a large reception hall and a beautifully landscaped courtyard. Couples who wish to have more control over their wedding day will be satisfied by the venue's open vendor rule, which offers the flexibility to select whatever vendors you like instead of being limited to a pre-approved list.
