Testing requirement for each kind of steel pipe

It would harass our clients once they wholesale bunches of steel pipe for engineering project. Thus, it is the duty for steel pipe suppliers such as seamless steel pipe, ERW steel pipe as well as SSAW steel pipe.

Taking Seamless Steel Pipe - ASTM A53 from Threewaysteel pipe company for example, we know that there are testing process of Chemical Component Analysis, Mechanical Properties (Ultimate tensile strength, Yield strength, Elongation), Technical Properties (Flattening Test, Flaring Test, Bending Test, Hardness Test, Blow Test, Impact Test etc), Exterior Size Inspection for end product. Among these tests, for Hydrostatic Testing, it is a kind of test for pressures when plain and threaded and coupled pipe are specified. Hydrostatic pressure shall be maintained for not less than 5 seconds for all sizes of seamless and ERW pipe. Of course, for other tests, we should figure out the relevant skills before the testing.
