In terms of print, I always thought I was a polka dot gal. At a push, I can be seen in florals now and again. I never thought I'd be the girl rocking tartan. Sorry, that's not very 'this season' is it, I mean, I never thought I'd be the girl rocking the plaid. Except this autumn, there's something deliciously 90's and completely wearable about plaid, especially when it's teamed with black and leather denim vests. Mary Jane Fashion is an online shop which I discovered on Twitter recently, which follows the same winning formula of the likes of Boohoo etc - affordable, on-trend designs ready to be posted through your door in only a couple of days. MJF has a huge range of cheap pencil midi skirts and plaid shirt ranges for women, and with that said I wanted to share with you some of my favourite pieces from the site. Notice how everything added up together only comes to under £85 for a full outfit, including boots - very on trend this season with the cut out ankle detailing...see, that's the beauty of budget fashion. You might have already spotted this dress in today's Metro but if not, can we just take a moment to appreciate its beauty. I discovered British label Three Floor back in the day, before the celebs found it and before it was stocked on ASOS leather jacket. This brand offers some gorgeous designs with a very distinct, but winning, formula and although they can be slightly out of my price range, I'd definitely consider buying this one for a special occasion. I absolutely love the cut out shoulder detail, the leather collar and piping and the oversized bow belt of the dress above - imagine this with nude heels and a red lip if you will. If you love this dress as much as I do then you can buy it here in the UK and here if you're an international reader. Have a good Monday lovelies.
