Doddabetta Peak

Doddabetta is the highest point of the Nilgiri hills situated at an elevation of 2.6 km. The name of Doddabetta Peak itself means “Big Hills”. It is one of the most Popular Tourist Destinations in Tamil Nadu.

If you are at Ooty, you will only have to cover a distance of 9 km as Doddabetta Peak is positioned on the Ooty-Kotagiri Road in the Nilgiris District.
