Summer Mania..How to Enjoy healthy summer.
Finally we are into the time when summer season hits our earth. Summer season is a time where we tend to sit at home during day time, and prefer to move out at evening or night.But have you ever thought of how to utilize that time and make your summers healthy. You must be wondering we hardly feel like doing anything in this hot weather then why we will do anything. I will tell you what should be done.
First of all switch off your AC's, it is good to have a sound sleep at night so use AC during night time. Try to open all the windows and ventilation's of your house. Let the fresh air pass through your lovely house. And yes I am talking about early morning. I assure you this will make you feel smooth and happy. I personally don't go for a hectic exercise as that may cause dullness in your mood and body. I prefer doing Yoga which rejuvenate my mind and soul. With low volume chatting of "Om". This is really effective, I have migraine and this activity helps a lot in curing headache.
Eating Habits in summer:
This is being noticed our diet reduce in summer. So lets eat something healthy instead of oily and fatty food. One should not skip there breakfast as name itself tells you to break the fast. Breakfast meal is really very important in our day to day life. And more important it should healthy enough during summers. Go for boiled eggs. cornflakes, upma, bread toast and try to add different type of juices in your breakfast which is easily available in market. But if you can go home made juice that is best. Try to avoid paratha, maggie and other oily food. In Summers Cucumber is very good for your health that add to the water quantity in your body. So you can cut and eat it or you can go cucumber sandwich. Have more and more liquid diet in summers, because your body water level reduces itself because of sweat. So consume water as much as you can, it will never harm your body. In-fact water is a effective medicine for a headache, stomach ache, constipation etc. I know all this activity might sound boring but it is useful. Every one is fond of ice creams and cold drinks in this season. So instead of going out have ice cream why not to make it at home. I love to have Thandi Mishti Dahi or Chilled Shrikhand in summer afternoon.
Health Tips:
Try to use Sun screen lotion whenever you go out to avoid tanning. Also cover your face with cotton cloth so that your skin is safe from dust and sun heat. Try to carry Lemon water this will help you keep safe from dehydration. I prefer to have a glass water with Glucose. Pomegranate is very good for your health , it is good source of Vitamin A, C and E.
So enjoy your summer and live healthy life.
