Life is a race and to cope up with this race, everyone is running. Running to survive. People from all walks of life have to competition. Right of a newly born baby to an old man. Small children have pressure of studies. Their parents force them to excel in every field. This brings pressure to do more. Youngsters have pressure of searching a job, and those who are in job strive for impressing their boss and earn money. Old people are troubled because of health and family. This all things result in a state of mind, where a person is never happy and his efficiency gets degraded. He is always in tension and is never happy. This state is called Stress. If a person is in stress then he feels suffocated from inside and if this stress is not controlled, then slowly-slowly that person will get suicidal tendency.

Medically no medicine can cure stress, because it is state of mind and it is related to feeling. So best solution to this problem is making that person happy and making him emotionally strong enough to embrace the pain.There are various ways to control the stress one of them is by doing yoga. Yoga is one of the best treatments. Yoga makes a person both mentally and physically robust. In yoga there is a exercise called “Pranayam” which concentrates on breathing. When we breath in fresh oxygen goes inside our lungs and get mixed with blood and bring rush of energy. There are exercises which can bring instant energy.Walking is also a good exercise for yoga. A person who goes for walk every day in early morning or evening is having less chances of getting stressed. Spending time with your loved once and talking with them gives emotional stability. So everyone should spend some quality time with his family. Reading motivational books and articles, also give good mental agility to remove stress. There are various articles available on the stress management pdf which teaches about controlling stress. We all get overwhelmed from time to time.  If you're having difficulty getting a handle on things, talk to someone.  Family and friends may have a pearl of wisdom or two to share, or maybe impartial an ear to listen.  If you feel similar your stress is starting to affect your health, a visit to your GP may be in order. Take a step back and look at what's causing your stress.  List your stressors out in order of biggest effect to smallest.  Identify the top one, and take it on. 

Organise a ‘to do' list that prioritises your tasks.  Tackle the ones that provide the most value first. Spend a few minutes each evening going over your list and decisive your tasks for tomorrow.  In the morning, go over the list and get started.  Break tasks up into smaller chunks and take them on one at a time.  Don't multi-task.
