Stress lets us engage in bad habits, and picking up pimples is one of
those habits. Picking up pimples is not good for the skin as it ruptures skin
cell walls that result in inflammation, and cause infection to spread. No
matter how much you want to remove them, never pick at your acne. Instead,
research on how to get rid of those pimples or use nu skin products to alleviate the problem. Besides
picking at your pimples, you must also avoid touching your face. The bacteria
in your hand can spread through the skin, which can develop more acne.

Stress-related acne forms a vicious cycle that can go a long way in your
life if not treated properly. When you feel stressed out, the body produces an
increased amount of hormones. These hormones develop the oil production that
when combine with bacteria and debris, it worsened the acne blemishes. You then
begin to stress about your pimples, and this process starts all over again that
turns it into a cycle. While there is hope to fix all this, but it starts when
you pinpoint all the causes of your stress.
