Method 1: Create a New Windows Admin User

  1. To start off, click on the Start tab and then open the Control panel.

  2. Now, select the Add or remove user accounts link.

  3. The Manage accounts dialog box will display on your screen. Herein you need to choose the Create a new account option.

  4. After this, type the Account name and then tap on the Create admin account icon.

  5. Hit the Create Account tab.

Method 2: Scan and Repair Bad Sectors on Hard-Disk

  1. In the inception, hold and press Windows + E keys to open Windows File Manager.

  2. Now, hit right-click on the C drive and choose Properties.

  3. Navigate to the Tools menu and tap on Check now.

  4. Make sure that you’ve tick marked the Automatically fix file system errors and Scan for and attempt recovery of bad sectors check boxes.
